1. Meeting Site

The meeting will be held in the Physics Department of Imperial College London (the Blackett Laboratory). The Blackett Laboratory is located in Prince Consort Rd, London SW7 2BW (http://www.ic.ac.uk/maps/ - the Blackett Laboratory is No. 6 on the South Kensington Campus Map).

2. Registration

Details of how to register for Collaboration Week are on the BaBar page web-site (http://www.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk/BaBar/BaBarreg.html). Please note that accommodation should be booked separately as described below.

3. Accommodation

Accomodation is available either in university housing or in Hotels.  The booking of these rooms will be handled by the Imperial College Conference office.  Please
use the links below to reserve your accomodation.  We suggest you book early as London can be busy in September.

A number of rooms are in Beit Hall which is situated just opposite the Blackett Laboratory. The rooms, which are comparatively cheap and very convenient, can be booked (on a first-come-first-served basis directly) via the following web page:  http://www.ic.ac.uk/conferences/babar.htm.
These rooms will only be held until August 10, 2002.  Please make sure to book early!

Accomodation in hotels can also be booked directly with the Imperial College Conference Office. All the hotels on their list are within walking distance of the Blackett Laboratory and may be reserved at discounted prices. Please consult the Conference Office web site for further information at http://www.ad.ic.ac.uk/conferences/.
