ok-data-R1-cam3.txt was made by correcting the way reference and reflected went into the file from data-R1-cam03.
This doesnt make it entirely correct because the code wasnt going into the "if(camStr=='4')" statements, it didnt pick up the correct thresholds for this camera.
Now the .ccp at lbgw has been updated so it will pick the correct ones fro R1-cam03, but to export the data, I re-analyzed the data for cam03: Correct-data-R1-cam03.txt
