Second Bulletin
The first Neutrino Factory Summer Institute will take place at Coseners House, Abingdon (near Oxford) from the 24th June 2002 to 29th June 2002. For more information refer to http://www.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk/NuFact02/SummerInstitute.
2. Scientific Programme
The workshop will commence with a full day of plenary presentations on Monday 1st July 2002. After three days of working-group sessions, Friday 5th July will be devoted to plenary talks. The working-group summaries will be presented on Saturday morning (6th July). The workshop will finish at around lunchtime on Saturday.

3. Proceedings
The proceedings of NuFact02 will be published in a special issue of the Journal of Physics G (http://www.iop.org/journals/jphysg). More information regarding the submission of contributions for the proceedings will be circulated in due course.
4. Registration
Registration should be performed through the NuFact02 web site (http://www.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk/NuFact02/)
The deadline for registration is 1st May 2002. The conference
fee is 200 pounds (150
pounds for students). Participants may register after this
date but will be subject to a late registration charge of 30
pounds.
Accommodation
can be booked SEPARATELY via the NuFact02 web page as described in
the first bulletin.

5. Social Programme
There will be a reception to welcome delegates to Imperial College and to London on Monday 1st July. The reception will take place in the Silver Galleries of the Victoria and Albert Museum. The workshop dinner will take place on Thursday 4th July in the Flight Galleries of the Science Museum of London. The cost of these two events is included in the workshop fee. Additional tickets for both functions may be purchased through the NuFact02 web page (http://www.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk/NuFact02/).
