1- 6 July 2002
This year’s Neutrino Factory Conference will take place next July in the Physics Department of Imperial College.
We expect about 200 senior physicists from around the World to attend and we are planning to hold an industrial exhibition at the same time.Delegates will have time to visit the exhibits during breaks and parallel sessions.
NuFact02 is the fourth annual Neutrino Factory workshop. This series of annual meetings is devoted to discussing the full physics potential of the Neutrino Factory as well as the design and feasibility of the accelerator complex and the various detectors. The design of such a Neutrino Factory will be an important step towards a muon collider, perhaps the only route to multi-TeV lepton-anti-lepton collisions. The successful operation of such a facility, therefore, may very well represent the birth of a new technique for the study of fundamental particles and their interactions.(http://www.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk/NuFact02/).
The exhibition will be held on Level 3 of the Blackett Laboratory (Physics Dept, Prince Consort Rd entrance), just outside the Lecture Theatre and where refreshments are served.
Setting up will take place between 9.00am and 10.30am on your first morning. Table size is 1.80x0.75 and the cost of a stand will be £ 300 per site/day (approx. 1.5m*1m -Floor plan will be provided).
Alternatively if you are unable to send your representative, we run a literature distribution, costing £200 for up to 10 A4 sheets.
If a company wants more ‘air time’ there is also the possibility of sponsoring.
Your Company Logo and Website will be added to NuFact02 Webpage.
