Due to no one being at RAL to enable the dial-ins, the meeting was cancelled.

The urgent item would have been the work to be done before moving from RAL:
o) Sine wave test - requires working FE code for the ADCs
o) Latency - requires NIM-LDVS module and modified SCSI cable to connect
   to the backplane. The NIM-LVDS is on the list of items which RAL is
   supposed to test and the cable is also a RAL item; both of these should
   be prepared asap.
o) VFE with normal operation - requires VFE signals from FE
o) VFE with DAC - requires cludge to get the VFE calibration circuit working
o) Power-up problems fix - James Salisbury needs to sort this out. It needs
   a version of the CMS BE code to be able to load to draw something like the
   right power.
