News and Comment:	The last phone meeting was held on 18/3/04 The prototype board has been successfully tested with the VFE card and the test setup, with board 002, has been moved to IC. Firmware development continues at IC with Adam et al providing support as required. Prototype 001 remains at RAL. There is an intermittent fault on this board which Adam is investigating and work continues on the power sequencing. Testing in Paris could begin in early April. Successful completion of the Paris tests is milestone 3. A rapid decision will then be required on the need to revise the design for production (leading to milestone 4).
Actions from previous PMF:	Provide support & consultancy for testing as required IC/SAB Ongoing Investigate & provide support for power sequencing issues, JS, 19-12-2003, ongoing - some progress with this but further work required Provide consultancy for BE/VME FPGA, ST/EF, Ongoing Make sure Route Cards & Problem Reports up to date, SAB, 19-12-2003, ongoing Update Project Spec and sign off, RH/PD, 15-12-2003, SQ and PD need to meet Test NIM to LVDS module, SAB, 30-11-2004, will be done if required for testing
