News and Comment:	Phone Meeting has been held - 29-04-2004 at 3pm - the minutes will be at the following link; http://www.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk/calice/elecMeetings/040429phone/minutes.txt All equipment is at Paris except CERC S/N-01 which has bee returned due to problems. CERC-01 was put straight onto JTAG on receipt at RAL and has passed the JTAG tests. Further testing will be carried out to attempt to replicate the problems seen at Paris. The tests have gone well but there are some unresolved intermittent noise issues which are currently not understood but are most likely a system grounding or shielding problem. The VFE V3 is not available yet, expected 24 May, so tests will have to be repeated around this time.
