Class SimConstants

These data are the values needed to define the geometry and
digitisation parameters for the simulation. The class inherits
from AlnConstants, so it also contains the alignment constants
used for simulation reconstruction.

The code for this class is in
 calice_reco/raw2calohit/include/TBTrackUtil/SimConstants.hh
 calice_reco/raw2calohit/src/TBTrackUtil/SimConstants.cc

The FitConstants are stored in the database in separate folders for
DESY, CERN and FNAL, namely

 DESY     /cd_calice_beam/TBTrack/SimConstants
 CERN /cd_calice_cernbeam/TBTrack/SimConstants
 FNAL /cd_calice_fnalbeam/TBTrack/SimConstants

These values are only used for simulation.
