Accommodation is not included in the cost of registration. It is up to the conference delegate to organise their own accommodation. The college conference center can help organise a hotel. The following list shows examples of hotels in the Kensington area, near the Royal Albert Hall, Science and Natural History Museums, the Victoria & Albert museum, Harrods and Hyde Park. The prices shown are a discount rate available only when booking through the conference center.

In addition, we are able to offer a limited number of students bedrooms situated on campus (first come first served) from £ 26.50 (single with shared bathroom) to £ 42.50 (double with share bathroom) per night, inclusive of breakfast and tax.

Late cancellations will be fully charged.
The deadline for bookings is the 30th June, however as hotels in London can fill up quickly, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
