The instructions and deadlines below must be
strictly respected.
Contributions cannot be included, unless
manuscripts are delivered by September 30th, 1997.
Maximum Volume of Manuscript is 5 pages
including diagrams and references.
The manuscripts should be camera ready.
FORMAT :
The manuscript should be typed or word processed either
on :
A4 size paper (21 cm x 29.7 cm) or letter size paper (8.5" x
11", respectively 21.5 cm x 28 cm)
The manuscripts should be prepared in two column
format with the exception of figures and tables, which
may be either in one column or across the full page, as
appropriate.

Margins (Use of A4 size paper)
Left and right margin: 20 mm each
Central margin between columns: 10 mm
Top margin: 42 mm
Bottom margin: 25 mm

Margins (Use of Letter size paper)
Left and right margin: 0.75" (20 mm) each
Central margin between columns: 0.4"(10 mm)
Top and bottom margin: 1" (25 mm) each

FONTS : it is recommended to use serif type face
such as Times New Roman. Please use type-size 10,
respectively size 14 and 12 for titles and subtitles.
All text has to be single-spaced with double-spacing
between paragraphs.
The manuscript must include the following items:
- Main title, centred across both
columns (we recommend type size 14, bold).
- Names and affiliations of the authors with a
complete address for correspondence, including email
address if possible (we recommend type size 12).
- Abstract of about 200 words at the beginning
of the paper.
- Concluding section.
FIGURES AND TABLES should be arranged throughout
the text, or if necessary, at the end. In the text,
reference should be made to them, such as 'Figure 5' or
'Table 6'.
REFERENCES : All bibliographical references should
be numbered and listed at the end of the paper in a section
called "References". When referring to a reference in the
text, place the corresponding reference number in square
brackets.
DO NOT USE ANY AUTOMATIC PAGE NUMBERING! Instead
please indicate the page numbers as well as the paper code
lightly at the back in pencil.
DELIVERY :
The manuscript must be :
- hand delivered or mailed to Catherine Decosse (please
do not fold manuscript and protect it with a cardboard
insert) with the complete copyright form. This can be
found as a MSWord document
here or as a postscript
document here.
AND
- transmitted electronically as MSWord or PostScript
files to
