Neutrinoless double beta decay (0nbb) search is one of attempts to find new physics beyond SM. The observation of 0nbb mode would prove that neutrinos are Majorana particles and constrain the mass spectrum and the absolute mass scale of neutrinos. The status of running NEMO experiment and R&D phase of new SuperNEMO project (http://nemo.in2p3.fr) will be presented. The background of double beta studies as well as summary of current 0nbb-activities will be discussed.
