The Higgs Boson beyond the Standard Model

The Standard Model Higgs boson was discovered in 2012. However, the Standard Model needs to be extended in order to address issues such as the hierarchy problem, quantum gravity, baryon asymmetry, dark matter/energy and neutrino masses. This talk describes how measuring the Higgs boson properties and looking for additional Higgs bosons can shed light on beyond Standard Model theories. The analyses described in the talk are performed using data collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC.
