To see what our users are up to

Knowing where to look (local)
on ceprod03:
grep [user] /var/log/globus-gatekeeper.log or /var/log/messages
This will let you know which pool account the user is mapped to.
on ceprod03:
qstat | grep [pool account]
This will get you the node the job is running on and the job number.
On the workernode:
ls /srv/localstage/scratch/[job number].1.grid.q
To see which voms role a user is using:
/opt/edg/var/gatekeeper/grid-jobmap_[date]

Recalcitrant users
qmod -sj [jobnumber] (suspend a job)
The naughty corner: /opt/glite/etc/lcas/ban_users.db on the CE

Knowing where to look (global)
CMS
The CMS Dashboard
Click on "Interactive View". In "menus" (left hand side) change "any site" to UKI-LT2-IC-HEP and "sort by activity" to "sort by user", then click submit.
