1. Introduction

Boston summary: KL and LR to provide text. LR has done so. KL to include.

2. Discussion of table of contents

Phone call last Friday (26May06) of main contributors to performance analysis. Lead authors of the super-beam, beta-beam, and NF sections agreed (see draft document).

Discussion of table of contents: felt that table of content was OK to start. Need to begin to get contributors started. Length of document, and balance between various topics, is an issue. Request for page limits from LR, supported by ML. Counter arguments on inclusion of information and breadth of report. Agreed to solicit input at the moment and have a tiered approach with the section and chapter editors and Council editing as appropriate. For introduction, KL and ML will discuss at the Neutrino Conference.

3. Discussion of agenda for Valencia workshop

Valencia w/s WWW page now available. Will be linked to Physics Group page asap. Then advertise and encourage people to reserve accommodation. For performance discussions, representatives of the main groups will be present. YN requests that main parameters of performance analysis to be set at Valencia.
