• Two main parts, shared between UCL and Imperial

• WP2.1: Fast control and ECAL trigger

• Synchronisation of detector systems
• Distribution of trigger, calibration timing, etc
• Triggering from the ECAL information

• WP2.2: Readout and configuration

• Readout hardware for whole detector
• Readout and offline conversion software

• Two main detector systems

• Also X-ray and beam monitors to be read by both systems

• Need parallel, independent readout systems
