+ The venue for the meeting is J-LAB's ARC Building, room  231/233. The ARC Building is at walking distance from the Residence Facility; see the [http://www.jlab.org/visitors/visiting/map1.html map] (ARC - 'Red' building at the top of the map).

+ To enter the building on Sunday we need to do it promptly at 10:00 am; if you will arrive late, please email chris.rogers@stfc.ac.uk in advance so we can let you in.
