6th IDS-NF Plenary Meeting

The 6th IDS-NF plenary meeting will be held at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory from the 22nd of September to the 25th of September, with the 22nd being a costing discussion.
Accommodation
34 rooms have been reserved in Ridgeway Houseand 6 rooms in the RAL hostel, building R70. Please send an email to ridgewayhouse@stfc.ac.uk or phone 01235 445500 to book a room. These rooms are available up to the 14th September. If you register from this date onwards you will have to make your own accommodation arrangements.
When booking your accommodation please quote 'Rose Hayes accommodation/allocation'.
Collaboration Dinner

Starters
Homemade chicken liver parfait with crisp melba toast and lambs lettuce.
Carpaccio of beef, served with Greek cress, balsamic vinegar and parmesan shavings.
Trio of melon (Dovetail of melon, watermelon sorbet and melon jelly).
Cream of leek and potato soup.
Mains
Breast of local chicken, wrapped in parma ham, stuffed with Oxfordshire blue cheese.
Roast leg of lamb, pom puree and mint jus.
Goat’s cheese and herb ‘twice’ baked soufflé with tomato oil.
Fillet of grilled salmon, watercress veloute and sautéed potatoes.
Desserts
Apple bavois with mini toffee apples.
Homemade lemon meringue pie.
Orange and grand marnier posset.
Selection of homemade ice creams.
