• Status of the Accelerator Design Tool (ADT) (i.e. interface to the interface to the CERN costing tool).
• Preparation of PBSs for the different subsystems.
• Preparation for the CERN costing workshop.

Minutes

• AK presented current status of the ADT. A few macros need to be written before the spreadsheet can be made available to everyone.
• AK proposed a high-level breakdown structure and this was discussed. AK to circulate a summary document describing the PBS. This will be presented at the CERN workshop next week.
• Subsystems representatives have been contacted to start working out the lower-level details of the PBS.
• Subsystem representatives will be invited to attend future meetings.
• These meetings will be documented on the IDS-NF webpage.
