    • Used to interface to CERN costing tool and contains basic info about geometry, magnet and rf parameters.

    • Run through whole of accelerator facility and fill in missing info or identify information that is missing.
    • Identify items to be costed and multiplicities.
    • Determine purchase price of items.

    • Review each subsystem with Cost Focal Points and experts from CERN. [Dependent on people's availability.]

    • Update with information from costing workshop in December.

Minutes

• Discussed the breakdown structure for the CERN Costing Tool (CCT).
• AK to create template Accelerator Design Tool (ADT) spreadsheets that will contain the info needed for the CCT.
• Presentation from Norbert about decay rings.
  • Discussed the way that the ADT will work with the detailed spreadsheets that engineers will use (e.g. the spreadsheet Norbert showed for the decay ring).
• Satellite meeting at IPAC on Monday 5th September.
• Next step to circulate ADT spreadsheets (after IPAC).
